I was educated at Irene's Myomassology Institute with a focus in Therapeutic Massage, Reiki, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Polarity Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage & Foot Reflexology. Drawing from all of these body work modalities I facilitate a uniquely blended and intuitive body work session.
I see this work as a wonderful healing tool and opportunity to bring out the best in each person. It means a lot to have someone really show up and care for your well being, and I take pride and joy in offering that.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and specialize in Therapeutic Sports Massage and Myofascial Release. I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology 640 hour Therapeutic Massage program in 2016 and continued learning, student teaching the hands-on program the following year. Combined knowledge of anatomy, palpation skill and high level of empathetic awareness give me an outstanding ability to serve athletes, or if you’re healing an injury, in chronic pain, are seeking a felt presence in your body, are a business professional or if you're just needing to release some stress and unwind.

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.
Whether we are addressing an old chronic condition, or a developing source of pain, we can work on postural alignment, range of motion, walking patterns or muscle firing patterns to re-align. Sessions focused in this way can sometimes be a more active experience for clients in using active restive techniques, muscle mechanics, pin and stretch, active range of motion testing and deep conscious breath work.
